The Power Avenue Warehouse historically known as the Schuhmacher Wholesale Grocery House was built in 1834. This stunning building is situated on the north side of Memorial Square and offers a spacious setting for meetings, weddings, parties and so much more. The facility spans 6,500 square feet of interior space that comfortably seats up to 200 guests. An additional 5,000 square feet of exterior space is also available for use. Maximum occupancy is 400.
